Privacy Policy

1. Controller

Pine Perspective Inc. is the data controller for personal data processed through AIDisclose. Contact: privacy@pineperspective.com.

2. What we collect

Account data: your email and organisation name. Product data: the site URLs you add, your manifest declarations, scan results, and evidence screenshots of your own pages. Billing data is handled by our payment processor; we do not store card numbers.

3. Where it is stored

Personal data is stored in the European Union (Firebase, region eur3). Screenshots, URLs and technical evidence are stored in the European Union (AWS, eu-central-1). We do not replicate this data outside the EU.

4. Why we process it

To provide the Service: run scans, render disclosures, keep your evidence register, and manage your subscription. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

5. Retention

Evidence is kept for at least six months and, while you are subscribed, for as long as your account is active. On closure you may export your data; we then delete it, subject to any minimum retention required by law.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion or export of your personal data. Email privacy@pineperspective.com and we will respond within one month.

7. Cookies

The marketing site uses no advertising cookies. The dashboard uses only the storage necessary to keep you signed in and remember your preferences.
